Cancellation Policy
Please COMMUNICATE BEFORE your scheduled appointment time if you'll be late as I will do the same if I'm running behind. 😊
***A deposit is required to lock in an appointment. Until it's received, your appointment is not confirmed***
DEPOSITS for reschedules and cancellations before the 24hr cancellation cut off are transferable ONCE and up to one month from the original appointment date, afterwhich a new deposit will be required.
CANCELLATIONS received less than 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will require a new deposit to reschedule.
No exceptions.
NO-SHOWS will be banned from future booking.
